 Creation process:

I was responsible of the entire graphic concept, animation and final delivery format, based on a given script commissioned by the agency.

Foliage - 3D MODELING

I modeled the foliage by following a specific concept design.

The texturing process was done by hand painting and mixing different shader attributes.

modeling, shading, grooming, rig setup, animation and final compositing on the film plate.

3D Character Modeling


 

This was an animation project for an open tittle sequence. I was responsible for 3d modeling and lookdev.


 

I modeled the characters by studying first different photo references, then using various modeling techniques in Zbrush, ( no symmetry ).

Creation  Process

 

Modeling:
 

I started modeling after observing many chimpanzee references. I did'nt want to be 100% accurate on his face. I looked for some childish features of the little chimpanzee.


 

Animated Tv episodes

A tv animated series with stylized cg characters. My responsibilty was to work on the initial concept design of the characters. Going on the next sphase of the 3d modeling, from inital box polymodeling in 3dsMax and advancing on a more detailed phase where high frequency details were added inside zbrush.


Concept design and Look-developement:

 
 
All of the textures were hand painted inside zbrush using the polypaint technique.
 


Rigging and animation was done inside 3ds Max using keyframed animation techniques.
